1. Cuisine-Food(Material Noun-Neuter) a kind of traditional Assamese pitha. Made up of a mixture of rice powder,jaggery and water. This mixture is deep fried in oil. পিঠাগুৰিৰ লগত গুৰ আৰু পানী মিহলাই থুপথুপীয়া কৰি তেলত ভজা গোলাকৃতিৰ আৰু সাধাৰণতে মাজটো ফোপোলা এক পিঠা৷
